Every wave count Viridia shows is checked against these rules by deterministic code. Rules eliminate counts; guidelines and Fibonacci tendencies only add or subtract evidence. No language model can relabel a wave or excuse a broken rule.
Always holds. A count that breaks one is eliminated; nothing can override it.
Usually holds. Counts as supporting evidence when ranking, never as a filter.
A typical Fibonacci proportion. Supporting evidence only.
A Viridia judgment call, stated openly. Supporting evidence only.
Structural checks applied before any Elliott rule.
Each wave moves opposite to the one before it, starting in the pattern's direction
Viridia engine · structure.alternating
Each wave starts and ends at the price extremes of its own span (no unlabeled higher high or lower low inside it)
